1. The Committee discussed extensively on the preparation for external examination for final year students. The Chairman presented a format for Postgraduate Students External Examination.
2. The Committee advised the Heads of Departments to go by the decision of the PG Board to allow their final year students to proceed for external examination with or without publication as earlier planned

3. The members agreed that each Department would oversee the presentations of their students and also free to invite external examiners from other Department of the same Faculty.
